If you're legs cramp straighten your leg and try to flex your toes inward towards you. That should help :)

Sit on your bed, bend your legs until bottoms of both feet touch and u feel your thigh muscles stretch, make sure your posture is straight. That's what PT has me doing along with squats, but I figure u can't do squats because of your injury.

My midwife said if it to hard to walk then sit on the edge of my seat when my legs apart and my belly hanging between them leaning forward.  Or if you can go shopping, lean on a shopping get cart for support and walk each aisle. At a comfortable pace. Hope that helps.
