Fell down the stairs.. great

So today I fell from my kite stairs  top to bottom...31 weeks and grazed all my leg/bum and pulled groin area. My bump feels so heavy now that it looks lower than what it was. I have cries coz of it. I'm not usually a crier but I just had to vent n let it out. Everything today is getting to me I'm so angry now. Iv even had ago at the neighbours for been inconsiderate  for parkin in the spot where I park for over a year.. not t mention heavily pregnant with two children... not easy getting in and out car with them plus shopping. So narked  off. I just want cuddles xx

I would probably get checked out. If you feel regular movements after its probably fine , but falling down the stairs is pretty bad so I wouldn't take any chances if anything seems off

Take it easy. I know that's easier said than done. I had a break down the other day and tried to run over my neighbor dog that keep messing in my yard. Just take a break and try doing something you like. It always help me.. Good luck and breath.

:( sounds like a rough day! I hope it gets better for you!!! Not trying to freak you out or anything, but when my aunt was pregnant she tore a ligament under her belly from a similar accident and ended up on bedrest at 7 months. Hopefully everything will be fine for you! Maybe just mention it to your doctor! Best of luck!!!
