Flintstone Vitamins

I am having trouble with the Iron in the Prenatal One A Day Vitamins. I am constipated. The nurse told me to switch to Flintstones Complete. I noticed not all the vitamin levels are where they should be. I'm concerned about this. Has anyone else taken Flintstone Vitamin during their pregnancy?
Thank You!

I was told to take Flintstones vs nothing...the goal is to get the extra vitamins in the body.

I did through my first and now with my second. Just take two. Both my babies are healthy and great.

Yep I took 2 because I couldn't keep down prenatal vitamins- at like 28 weeks my morning sickness was good enough to switch back. Don't stress :-)

I consulted a dietitian early in my pregnancy and she said to do two flinstones and add in folic acid.
