Joint baby shower ideas, thoughts, experiences ..

My cousin and I are due almost a week apart...i'm due 4/4 (girl) and she is due 4/8 (boy).
What are some thoughts, ideas and/or experiences on joint baby showers??Thanks in advance.

I guess I may be selfish... but I kinda want the day to be about my baby an me... but it is a cool idea

my thoughts are this because my cousin and i are due around the same time, but im a FTM and this is like her 3rd. my sister is doing one for my close friends, and my aunt is throwing one for my cousin and family, i didnt want my friends to feel like they needed to bring something for my cousin who they dont know as well as i want to enjoy this time since it is my first and not share (i know its a little selfish) but like i said this is her 3rd lol

That's so cool:) I would make everything in half like the cake do half pink and half blue or which ever colors you guys like and the games and stuff get some boy and some girl. Same with decorations:) I wish I was able to throw one for two like that I would have so much fun with it:)
