Gag reflex. Vent!

Ugh the whole family has a nasty cold. The kids are feeling better but I'm still coughing a lot. Why oh why must the coughing trigger the gag reflex? I have a bad gag reflex anyway but the coughing is making it worse. Anyone else dealing with this?

With your left hand make a fist with your thumb inside, your gag reflex is off, doesnt work on everybody, but it works on me and most of my friends

I have had a cough for three weeks now.  Gag reflex omg!!!  I am miserable.  Nothing seems to help :(  hope you feel better.

Yes! For the most part my sickness is gone, but every time i cough or even have drainage it triggers my reflex and I get sick... I hate it!! I wish this junk would go away!!
