question ladies about raspberry leaf tea?
I see you guys been talking about this tea my question who used it did it helps you and is a safe to used it? Cuz when I read it saying consult a health care practitioner before using this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding? So I'm kinda concern To use it I am 37week'sn5days thank you ladies!
It helps to strengthen the uterus...but unfortunately does not induce labour :(

I have actually been wondering about this as well. I see ppl post about using it fir labor, but what I'm wondering is, is this just any naturally flavored raspberry tea or is it a specific kind that is made from the leaves of raspberries or what? I love iced tea and live on it. I'd prefer the raspberry flavored one but don't want to risk labor. I'm only 31 wks
It definitely worked for me my first pregnancy and I didn't even know that it was a labor stimulant. I just loved the tea lol! Once I was aware I drank it again at the end of my second pregnancy and it worked again. I didn't take it my third pregnancy because I went into early labor that time. I do plan on trying it again this time around for my fourth pregnancy in about 6 more weeks
You don't want to use it too early in pregnancy because it could cause early labor. But you are far enough along if you went into labor that would not be a problem.
