stretch marks....

Just wondering when you started getting stretch marks and how bad were they.... I'm 27 weeks and haven't gotten any but that doesn't mean I'm in the clear. Also how they were postpartum

Thank you ladies! I know stretch marks can almost be inevitable. I guess we'll see later if I'm lucky lol

I'm 36 weeks and got my first stretch marks a few days ago - they appeared overnight and are really itchy and sore. I started getting lazy with the moisturising routine thinking I was going to be lucky and not get any! I don't believe it would have made a difference to getting stretch marks, but the itch and pain probably wouldn't be so bad - silly me! Hope you don't get them, but keep using whatever lotion or oil you prefer just in case :-)

I didn't get stretch marks until two weeks before my baby was born. I used creams and oils religiously and thought I was in the clear. But one night my skin was so itchy. I thought it was just dry skin so in the dark I got up and put more lotions on. Woke up early the next morning to shower, saw myself naked in the mirror and freaked out!!!! It was like I got mauled by a hungry best and tiger fighting over a carcass!! It's true what drs say. Lotions don't really help. You will either get them or you won't. :(
