okay so for like the past 2 weeks or a months ive been having contractions at night (not painful) but they really bother me and i cant sleep,... is this normal, i just cant tell the difference between real to fake labor.
Absolutely can be normal. Not sure how far along you are. Normally w/ real labor, the contractions will become regular and increase in intensity as well. Try taking a warm bath and laying on your left side. If it is only at night and then it stops, it's not real labor. But it might be happening soon!
