Unless your pediatrician has told that its baby acne don't dismiss it as such it could be an allergic reaction. I'm not trying to frighten you but my neice looked like she had baby acne but it I was an allergic reaction to what my sister was eating when she was breastfeeding.

Our ped had us put .5% hydrocortisone and aquaphor and it took it away. He did end up with eczema later but not on his fave thank goodness

Hydrocortisone either 0.5% it 1% it worked wonders for my daughter & still does when she breaks out. Not to sound like a vain parent, but my baby was too pretty for acne lol

California Baby wash with calendula and lotion or cream to follow- worked wonders for my last baby- saw results almost instantly!!! All natural ingredients- just make sure it is the one with calendula-thats the miracle I think =) I can only find it at Target Stores and Babies R Us carry a limited amount of it- Good luck and hope it works for you =)

It is caused by baby regulating their own hormones and shedding whatever hormones from you they may have left. It's completely normal and will clear up on its own. I wouldn't put anything on baby's face though just because their skin is so sensitive.

Try to keep her cool and not too hot. When it gets hot some babies develop acne or rashes all over their bodies. I think keeping her clean all the time will help. But usually things like that clear up on their own.

It will go away on its own. This is normal for babies...but I heard that breast milk can help clear it up. I wouldn't put anything else on the baby's face because the skin is so delicate. Don't worry, about all babies go through this.
