I'm 31 weeks and 4 days and having the worst back pains ugghhh!!
Thanks for the advice lol but I'm scared to take a sit down bath when I'm home alone and my husband is gone for weeks at a time!!
Im 33 weeks and know what u mean , only thing that helps is a warm bath as long as its jyst warm and not hot. :) i take one almost every night and they are a life saver
