I had very severe morning sickness in the first trimester. Everyone told me b12 and unisom at night. I ended up on zofran as well but had to practically beg my doctor to give it to me. The unisom and b12 helped ( the days I didn't take it the morning sickness was worse) but the zofran helped better. Goods luck, try to keep some crackers by your bed and eat a few before you get our of bed in the am
Good advise ladies , sodas are helping but I know they aren't the best alternative . Thank you bunches!!!
I tried bands and they worked for about a week. Tried peppermints with no success. I couldn't keep water down. Doc put me on Zolfren and Dramamine...5mg of Dramamine along with Zolfren helped
Try mint, I could barely keep anything down saw this thing said mint helps with nausea, so I tried spearmint gum after I eat, haven't had an episode in over a week.
I tried the psi bands and they were mostly just uncomfortable and did nothing for me. My morning sickness was also severe. I tried preggie pops, ginger, peppermint, nothing worked. Oddly enough carbonated drinks always seemed to ease it for me. But I ended up being put in Zofran which worked wonderfully!!
I bought these cloth wrist bands that hit a pressure points in your arm. I liked them
