Wrist bands doesn't work for me. I'm 21wks and only find few things that help like sugar free 7up, Schweppes and spicy foods. These are the only things that help me
I used sea bands... They're wrist bands that stimulate pressure point on your wrists. They work for like 70% of people. For me they didn't cure it entirely but took the edge off enough that I could actually eat something. Worth a shot.

Ginger tea or ginger chews are good. A banana is pretty starchy and can settle nausea quick. Sea bands can be worn on your wrists.
