Well, try to drink plain cold milk. It works for me, specially now at 33 weeks that my heart burn increase. Good luck!

Honestly tums are life savers, they're completely safe as well. I'm 34 weeks and everything makes me get heartburn even milk!

Milk and peppermint candies. Both worked for me. Milk really helped with my indigestion and the peppermint for my heartburn.

Chia seed. Drink 1 tablespoon with a much water as it takes to go down (I put water in my mouth then dump the seeds in). 10 min later, drink 16 oz of water. The chia will soak up the acid and the water will flush it out. This is literally the only thing that works for me. Been doing it for years. Chia is high in fiber and omega-3s as well which are good for baby!
