Vasectomy vs. Tubal Litigation

Hi ladies,
I'm trying to convince my husband to get fixed. I think we came to a compromise that if fir any reason I was to have a c-section, I would get my tubes tied, but if not, he would get a vasectomy. My husband is what you would consider a man's man I guess, but he just keeps acting like the pain from a vasectomy will be the worst feeling in the world. This being our 3rd pregnancy/child I think my body had been through enough...lol. Any thoughts?

Check into, either paragard or the esure procedure. Paragard is the copper, non hormonal iud, and esure is a permanent tubal procedure done right in your doctors office that basically blocks the tube and forms scar tissue.

Both procedures now a days are about a day recovery. Of course, you're still more tender if you get your tubes tied where men can usually go back to work the next day. If course watching any operation or procedure looks painful but of course, while its being done nothing is felt.

That is exactly the same agreement me and my husband have, even though he is still fighting me lol, I would go on birth control but 4 years ago I had a stroke from my birth control pills so I'm not allowed to go on them again.  Plus I don't want to be cut open and go major surgery when he can go through a painful procedure that he will recover from quickly.
