How do you moms feel about vaccines??

I have been trying to do research about vaciness and wanted to see what you expecting moms think about it ? Is Hep b really necessary for a newborn? Are you moms going to fully vaccinate your baby?

I LOVE so many of these posts I feel like I don't need to get on my ER almost a FNP soap box about choosing to not vaccinate your children (: thank you ladies! Mommies in question of vaccinating your babies-pretty pretty please dig deep into the credible research available on vaccines and if you're struggling to understand the validity of research your reading, please ask a licensed healthcare professional to help!

Hep B is spread through bodily fluids and it can be spread during birth if the mother had it. Its not only with sex and sharing needles. Honestly, you have to educate yourself and do what you feel is best for you and your child. Im only giving my son the vaccines i got as a child, none of these new vaccines that are out now. Just remember theres a reason why alot of babies survive these days and it has to do with vaccines. Way back in the days when there were no vaccines, babies would die from all kinds of bacterial diseases.

True BUMP 2. just having your baby in the hospital they can catch HEP b. That's why healthcare workers are required. Its far too risky not vaccinate and I definitely don't want the alternative

All I want to add to this post is... I just seen a comment saying "a bavy wont be sharing needles..." etc. Ok, so what happens if by chance you are at a beach and someone has burried a needle in the sand??! (which does happen). I agree with geekmom and all that she has stated, and yes I have and will continue to get my lo vaccinated, look at all the diseases etc that should have been eradicated but are not due to people not vaccinating.

I'm going to home school my child or send them to a school that requires vaccinations. The government should force this on people. Sorry but it shouldn't be a choice. I don't want my kid to get sick with some deadly disease or get someone else sick. Its honestly just crazy how people think these days.
