Oh I hear ya and its only going to get worse when bub drops! I have a constant ache - try a belly band to take some pressure off your pelvis it might help ease the pain down there too. Good luck xx
Likely round ligament pain- stretching of the ligament that connects right there and it can be extremely painful for some women-- you can do physio to learn some exercises that will help relieve that pain. other options are varicos veins in the vulva- it would feel painful to touch and achy when standing for long periods of time etc. Or you got kicked;)
I just described the same feeling to my husband last night, im only 28 weeks and I feel all jacked up dowm in that area.
I don't know why but its happening to me and I'm 37wks my doctor says its normal and trust me the baby isn't coming lol
