concerned about symptoms

My pregnancy hasn't been confirmed yet (2 weeks late 2 +tests plus mood swings, stronger sense of smell,  a Lil nauseous,  sensitive to food, headaches) but i feel like I'm most likley pregnant  I'm having a lot of cramping and I'm getting concerned.  My obgyn appointment is in 2 weeks.  Should I be concerned?

This would be my first pregnancy so I'm very worried about everything i just want the baby and I healthy do im being a bit paranoid.  I usually have bad cramps on my period as well and I've had cramps exactly like someone else said on here like my period is coming but still hasn't come and my period is always on time. I'm afraid to use a heating pad, is that safe?

I too worried about the cramping. I felt as though i was going to start but it never came. I am 21 weeks now and still get them occasionally. My doctor told me to just drink plenty of water

I cramped pretty steadily early on as well. My period cramps are usually so bad I'm pretty much on bed rest. They weren't quite that bad but still very noticeable and constant for awhile. Shouldn't get too concerned unless its severe and you start bleeding. Hope it eases up for you. And congrats :)

Oh thank goodness I'm probably around the 5 week mark. Some are very intense and it just constant. Glad I'm not the only one!

I cramped a good but in the beginning of my pregnancy (between weeks 4-7). Some of them were quite strong and I was very nervous, but it turned out to be normal for me. 26+2 now!!
