I have Severe but very sporadic lower right abdomen pain, should I be concerned?

I'm 32 weeks, occasionally I get this horrible horrible pinching/cramping/throbbing pain on the lower right side of my torso right above my hip. It's a crippling pain that literally leaves me speechless and bent over. I still feel my baby move but this pain is alarming....should I be worried? This is my second child, and I did not experience this with the first. The pain, tho horrible, only happens at random, maybe one or twice a week...

It could be sciatic nerve pain.

I agree with the above answer. Round ligament pain can be sharp and painful but do talk to your OB/GYN about it.

Sorry I'm not too much help, but maybe it's round ligament pain?
If it's a really severe pain I'd talk prob ask my doc at the next appointment.
