Boy or Girl?

At my 8 week ultrasound, my Dr. Told us the baby was very active. We could see the little arms and legs moving. Dr. said it may be a boy because he is so active. But the heartrate was high at 180 which I've read is normal for girls. Anyone have a high heartrate and end up with a boy?

I figured it wasn't scientific, but just wanted to know experiences. My mom said I was active so I will just have to wait and see. Mommy of thr3e, I will have to find that study! "It's" on the right side!:)

I read yesterday that a scientific study was done and it was over 97% accurate for both boys as well as girls. It said that when implantation & placenta attached to the right side of the uterus, most times the gender was male. Left sided implantation & placental attachment most often resulted in girls. Hope this helps!

Heartrate and movement have nothing to do with the gender. And the heartbeat is always very high in the first trimester. I cant even believe the doctor said lol

All their heart rates start out high and then get lower as they get bigger because their hearts get bigger and don't have to work so hard
