Increased Discharge.

I'm a FTM at 36 weeks. This may be TMI for some of you, but I just want adult advice on this subject before my doctor appt Friday so I kinda have an idea on what to expect.
The last couple of weeks, I've noticed an increase in my discharge, it went from normal amount to now. Now I can almost change my underwear twice a day because of it, and I don't like it. Its white and creamy, almost like a thickish lotion in my underwear.
I had one person tell me that it could be my mucus plug breaking up, but isn't that suppose to be bloody or pinkish and have more like a loogy look?
If anyone can explain this to me that would be great!

I'm still going to bring it up to my doctor Friday, but thank you ladies! This has been very helpful. I'm glad I have a better understanding before freaking out about it. Lol I just wasn't understanding what was going on. And I couldn't wait any longer!
I forgot to put it in there that I can feel it coming out sometimes, and never could before. Ugh. Pregnancy problems :P

Its not your mucous plug its just your body getting ready for labor. Its like lubricant for the baby to get out, also like its cleaning itself as well. :) panty liners like pp said are the best. It is gross, lol

The stuff coming out is your body's way of keeping that area clean. Completely normal. Panty liners are a lifesaver

It's normal you should wear a panty liner so you can feel cleaner and don't have to change your underwear

I'm 36 weeks tomorrow and have been having the same thing! But I know it's not the mucus plug because I've already lost mine and you're right it's like a big loogy! Mine came out broken up too and it looked like a loogy each time. And it was always on the toilet paper when i wiped. This white creamy stuff just comes out randomly and makes you feel all wet

Girl, I'm experiencing the same thing right now and I'm also 36 weeks. Dnt worry, it's normal, my bff just had her baby and she said she went thru the same thing too. I think it is our mucus plus breaking up.
