Is there any difference?
I was wondering if Raspberry leaf is the same as Red Raspberry leaf? or is there a difference? I heard it helps with toning the uterus?

Yes it helps tone your cervix and help with pregnancy and labor, that's what its known for and its effective. Raspberry leaf tea is actually loose raspberry leaves. I don't know where to get it though.

Its not the same. And heard its used for increasing milk production never heard about toning cervix
