35.2 weeks and having contractions

Im 35.2 weeks and im having contractions light bleeding when i wipe but nothing to fill a pad with  was seen today at doctors im 4cm dialted and 95% effaced and baby boy is at a -2 in my birthing channel. Doctor is giving me three days but my contractions are all over the place and arent regular and havent been regular with any of my pregnancies im scared because i went into labor at 28 weeks and was hoapitalized for 4 days for a placenta abrubtion. Dont know if i should call the doctor or not and also ive had very bad swelling for the past three days but no protein in my urian

I would b scared too! Ive have placenta previa, and was told if i had any bleeding i should IMMEDIATELY go to hospital. Good luck...hope all goes well
