Itchy breasts

I'm 29 weeks going on 30 here pretty soon, my breast have been itching uncontrollably I've tried keeping them moisturized with lots of lotion but they start up again after 10-15 min of applying. What else can I do to relief the itching? Is this something I should bring up to my midwife asap?

I went to the doctor, they said it was beginning stages of a yeast infection, a new or tight bra could be the cause but I'm my case because Im so active my sports bras were tight and got sweaty in there it caused them to get a small skin irritation. They gave me a topical powder to apply on and under my breast I'm now on day 2 with it and they have been feeling better definitely less itchy.
Its super common for yeast infection on breasts with pregnant women I guess..

Is it like red, dry flaky skin that itches? It could be eczema, I get this weird itchy patch of skin on my chin and between my breast when I'm pregnant. My dr said it happens sometimes with all the hormone changes. She told me to use hydrocortisone cream.

At the beginning of my pregnancy  i had itchy breast, hands, feet, everything... but only at night. I as well tried lotion but it only worked for a little while. I brought it up to my dr and she tan a test that can happen to you when you get pregnant.. from the itching. I dont remember  the name of it... sorry. Anyway it came back negative so she then prescribed me a mediciation to take every night and it helped. I would let my midwife know
