Bedrest, anyone else?

Hello ladies, I'm 18 weeks 5 days along and I had two days of contractions. Went to the ER and they put me on bedrest for a week. No lifting, exercising or sex. To try and let them ease up. I also have a 15 month old baby girl. My question is, how do I balance my need to care for my daughter and rest enough for the baby boy that I'm currently baking? I have to pick her up to change her diapers get her dressed and to feed her. But that doesn't allow for much rest. I also have to play with her. That's a given. My husband finally has work, and we can't have him take time off. Simply can't afford that. Any tops would be appreciated. Anyone else in my shoes?

I close the bedroom door and bring all her toys in here so she plays on the ground or in bed with mommy i try to tickle and play little games with her in the bed so she can wear some energy out and then she crawls around an plays with her toys then yes change and feed you gota do but when its nap time put your feet up and stay laying down and drink plenty of water
