Ok ladies its been 7yrs since my last child and what was normal then may not be considered normal now. I'm 26wks today and I do believe I lost my mucus plug Saturday. I don't know if I should panic or not.

I agree, it's completely normal and not a cause for concern unless labour signs start to appear. The mucus plug can regenerate itself several times.

Not. I've lost mine a few times with this pregnancy. As my dr explained it, sex can dislodge a piece or a well placed baby kick. So it may pass and regrow a few times. As long as there are no other signs of labor, all is probably well. :)
