Oh wow.. You two are truly blessed, lol!! I don't what advice to give.. This makes #3 for my husband and I.. We have fraternal twins and this coconut!! :-) .. But CONGRATULATIONS!! You can do it!! What's two more? Lol
From a technical perspective, it's critical to determine chorionicity and amnionicity. In other words, 2 placentas or 1. And 2 sacs or 1. As far as least risky, hope for dichorionic (2 placentas). I have seen too many monochorionic twins develop TTTS (twin to twin transfusion syndrome).

Focus on the blessing in your belly, not the judgement of others. Keep God first, and enjoy the process of the lives being created. Make your future step-kids a part. Maybe they can help preparing the nursery (painting letters or hanging pictures). I am expecting my first born and I also have 5 stepchildren :)
