contractions..
So I posted earlier about having frequent painful contractions after my husband and I had sex. I'm still getting them just not as frequent but still mild. I want to sleep so bad. Any tips? I've tried water and laying on my sides.
Time them, from start to finish and from start of one to the next. If 5 mins apart call the midwife is my advice. Nookie can trigger labour :)
Are they increasing with pain? And frequency?

I will be 37 weeks on Wednesday. We just had sex a few days ago and nothing happened but tonight it caused contractions almost immediately after and they won't go away. They slightly painful but bearable.
How far are you cause this can be labor sex can bring it on. Are you timing the contractions and are they getting more painful ?
Left side is best and plenty of water bit then u have to get up and pee. The double edged sword lol wait it out and breathe.
