If it's because you are bad food it might be good to let it run it'd course (your body is rejecting something nasty and you want it out of you). Eat banana, plain rice, applesauce, and plain toast. Drink LOTS of water, maybe a gatorade if you think you need it. After 48 hours regular Immodium (not AD) is safe to take in pregnancy. Call your Dr to confirm its safe for you.
