Left hip pain
Hi. Iam 8 weeks pregnant and I'm having this weird left hip pain. Is this normal???
Please be aware of this pain I tore my left leg ligament that holds the femur and hip together during labor. I ignored the "pains" during pregnancy and made it 10x worse when I was giving birth. I had to walk with a walker, have therapy and also wear a hip brace. It's called SDP. They can't really "do" anything like give you an xray until you give birth but stretch and be aware of the signs. It's extremely painful. Everyone is different but I didn't think anything of it until I couldn't walk after giving birth. I tore it more when I was bearing down to push. Stay away from epidural if you can because it numbs it and you don't know how much pressure you're putting on your legs and hips when you push. Good luck. :)
