Don't be I suffer from anxiety, if you have any left over meds from before take them as needed only. The anxiety can be just as bad as any potential risk that the medicine may pose. From your last comment you don't sound well and should still be on your meds. Sometimes the risk of being off your medication is worse than the risk of being on it. Go back to the Dr who gave them to you in the first place. I have known women on the same meds throughout their entire pregnancies as you were on and they had normal babies. I am not saying to go against your Dr but they may not realize how bad your situation is and the effect and risk you will take by going off your meds.
I think that she is assuming that my condition is mild but it's anything but mild... Maybe I have no business being pregnant... I feel horrible and afraid.
Talk to the Dr. That is completely unacceptable. There has got to be something they can do.
I'm sorry. I know it's tough. Make an appointment and talk to your doctor.
I've tried counseling and 4 types of meds and the methods they taught me only work for up to 5 seconds to next panic attack.
Have you tried a councler? My brother goes and we have noticed a difference. He just started about 2 months ago. But he still had a long way to go. He doesn't like all the medicine.
Tell her you want to talk to the dr. She's out of line.
