Mild cramping
Would anyone be concerned about mild cramping! I've had some minor spotting and brown discharge! But nothing major! I heard the heart beat yesterday! What could be causing the cramping? I'm 11 w 4d pregnant! I've had 3 miscarriages in the past so I'm very paranoid!
If you are a negative blood type you need an RH shot. That is what happened to me.

Your uterus can be a big reason for cramping. Your body is making room for that little one so there's going to be some cramping. I wouldn't worry about it unless it becomes very strong and is accompanied by bright red bleeding.
