I usually get leg cramps in the middle of nights. I usually just rub my leg real quick and try to extend it (even though it hurts a lot). Btw i heard bananas help to not get cramps! We're out of bananas here..

Yup bananas! Any source of potassium really works. It helps with circulation.  I'm pregnant with my fourth...only had cramps with my first because I didn't eat any bananas...I have eaten one about every second or third day with the pregnancies after and never had this issue again.

bananas do work! I was having horrible pains with my first. I didn't like banana at all at first so I made smoothies and added strawberries, anything. 12 years later I eat bananas everyday and love them. out of all my pregnancies, my first is the only one I had sever cramps with. I really hope banana work for you because cramps stink!

Cantalope has lots of potassium too if you're not crazy about bananas!
