Miscarriage

We just got home from the hospital for a possible miscarriage, and I am left with more questions than answers. I am very early pregnant and started bleeding today. I went to the ER and my cervix is closed with hcg levels around 6500. They did an ultra sound and did not find a fetal pole but the sac was there. They also did not confirm how far I was, just stating "several weeks" please help

When I was pregnant with my first, I went in to see an emergency OB that my University clinic nurse had referred me to because I had miscarried 3 times prior to that pregnancy. They did a vaginal sonogram and only saw a sac, OB told me he couldn't determine if it was just an extremely early pregnancy (no more than 2 weeks) or if I had
miscarried again..  So the only advice he gave me was to let time go by.. Then at 5 weeks & 5 days, I had to go to the ER because I started spotting; had a vaginal sonogram done and saw a light flicker of
a heartbeat.. turns out I had a bad UTI. I was sent
home with "forced abortion/miscarriage" release forms.. I stayed in bed rest for a good month and a half.. continued on with a healthy pregnancy. My son is now 3 years old and he's a handful.

Best advice I could give is, stay calm about it all, don't doubt your body, and pray about everything.

I had mc in October, this preg my Dr saw me right away. They did an ultrasound around 5 weeks only saw the sac, they sent me home stating they couldn't confirm a viable pregnancy (I was devastated) and scheduled me to come back the following week. The following week (which seemed like an eternity) we saw baby n heartbeat, I'm now 14 weeks. Hope all goes well for you.
