I had terrible nausea and migraine during my first tri. All those meds didnt work for me. I had to stay in bed and put cold packs in my head. Now that im in my 2nd tri, it finally gone. Good luck girl!
I was on Zofran and Reglan around the clock weeks 6-20 and still need it every here and there... My baby boy is perfectly healthy thanks to the meds! But I did wear the sea band bracelets! There is ginger gum that is safe for pregnancy! Ginger ale! ******* Pops (Babies R Us) they come in hard candies or suckers! Some people say to try B6-I don't know if you would be okay with that or not but it didn't really do much for me... There's some ideas on Pinterest on natural remedies-I didn't have the strength to get out of bed to pee on most days let alone try and do some of the ideas but I do have stuff for the future pinned! Like the other posters have said, try to never let your stomach get empty! I did ice water with fresh squeezed lemons in it! Watermelon and applesauce were my saving grace but everyone is different so you're just going to have to find what works for you to get you through!
Ginger. Ginger snaps, ginger tea. Take your prenatal at night before bed. Try not to have an empty stomach.
It depends on how bad your nausea is. Google I tried the diclegis but it didn't work for me bc I had severe nausea but Zofran works very well. I dont like taking meds either but love the small pill and quick relief
