Nausea back with a vengeance :(

Hello everyone! Hope everyone is doing well. I am in my 9th week of pregnancy and my nausea is back with a vengeance! It went away for 2 weeks and just came back very strong. It's so bad that the thought of eating anything just makes me sick. I've tried saltines, ginger ale etc not much seems to help except chicken soup and water :( anyone else having a similar issue? I'm 9 weeks and 3 days, first time mommy, and 26 years old.

Thank you! :)

I've just made it out of my first trimester, thank goodness. I went to whole foods and picked up these chewable ginger tablets called Ginger Trips (for car/motion sickness).  They seemed to help a lot.  I've also read that ginger altoids help, I've seen those at Trader Joe's. I hope you're feeling better soon!

Same boat! Ask your doctor about anti nausea meds or research essential oils. Once I find a food I can keep down, I eat a lot of it.
