Nausea when I don't eat
Hey all, so I'm in my 8-9 week, first baby, and I am experiencing fatigue and all day mild nausea. The nausea gets worse if I don't eat like every hour or 2. I have food aversions (like I'm so grossed about by chicken and salmon which I used to love), so I feel like I can only stomach crackers, toast, cereal and other plain carbs. Any one else have this issue?

Girl me too!  All day nausea that gets worse when I don't eat.  But everything sounds, looks, and smells disgusting!  This is my 4th pregnancy and I had these symptoms with my other three also.  Usually lasted until about 13-14 weeks.  Make sure you are keeping hydrated and try prego pops.  They are suckered they sell at target.

Omg thank you so much! I was feeling down because I couldn't workout due to the fatigue and all I can eat are carbs (and I have to eat them constantly to keep the nausea under control! Lol) I will definitely buy those pops! Thank you again

Im about 12 ish weeks and i still have neusea alll day long, i get sick 1-3 times a day aswell. Same as you. Iv gotta eat a plain carbed food (or pickles) every hour or 2. Even if its just some dry cheerios a few pretzels, its gotta be something. Nothing besides a cold dish food sounds good. Because any hot food with strong scents make me feel even more sick.  I had this with my last and it lasted untill the day she was born (sleeping at 38 weeks) . Im sure ill be super sick this entire pregnancy too but its NOT the case for everyone. There are things that can help subside it if its not super bad

I hear ya on the strong scents issue - strong flavors or scents kill me... and I really started liking "half-sour" pickles. I have two a day in addition to my carb feasts lol. I'll definitely try some cold dish foods this week - thanks for that tip! I'm with you though and feel your pain regarding all day nausea... Stay strong, hun!

Thanks! You too! I could probably eat an entire jar of pickles a day. The juice helps relieve my neusea a little. Just eat small meals and it help nuesea!  Good luck!
