Need to constantly eat

I'm 7 +1 with our first. My Dr appointment isn't until next week. Starting last week I have been having to eat something at least every 2 hours or I get really naseaus and shaky. Is this normal? I'm already overweight and I'm scared of what all of this extra eating will do to me and the baby.

I would always be hungry and would have to carry snacks in my purse for whenever I was at work. Make sure to stay hydrated so drink plenty of water and carry healthy snacks too. That nauseous shaky feeling is that you need food. Just try to make nice healthy choices for you and your baby. Multiple snacks during the day helps your metabolism so you won't gain extra weight

snack on something low calorie like carrot sticks if you are worried.
needing to snack is completely normal and recommended- if you are just doing small snacks instead of big meals then you won't gain extra weight. many women end up loosing weight in the first trimester because of the nausea
