Do not take castor oil!!! It does not do anything for your labor. At most you poop a ton n thats it. It is also VERY Dangerous for baby!!!!! It can make baby poop while still inside and then swallow  thier own poop and make them VERY sick! It is NOT worth it at all

Don't do it.  I did and had the worst labor ever.  Diarrhea and contractions is not fun.  I was up all night and then started to bleed.  Please please please don't.

My mom said she did with my brother and sister and went into labor with both of them. I'm 39 weeks 2 days and if I don't have my guy by next Wednesday, my due date, I'm getting induced. My husband keeps telling me to drink castor oil, but I heard awful stories about it. I'm not going to try it!

I did with my second pregnancy at 39 +3days. It took it and about three hours later labor started but I was in labor for 26 hours. I would not recommend it, it was horribly the only reason I did it was because I was desperate, the baby fractured my rib and my doctor was against inducing untill I reached 42 weeks and I was in agony.
