I'm not really sure I'm a ftm and haven't had mine yet but maybe try keeping her up more during the day, playing with her or talking to her, ect. And she will be tired and wasn't too sleep more at night. But do it gradually you wouldn't want to make her fussy all the time.

Put baby on bed facing you, flip baby gently(on stomach) then flip again gently so baby is now facing you again....Sounds weird I know but my grandmother did that with my first son...he slept all day and up all night...after being flipped he still got up 8 times a night but I got SOME sleep in between. Just hoping it helps for you and your baby doesn't get up like that too...

Try co sleeping equipment such as bednest or chicco next to me crib. My little one was the same she only wanted to sleep with me but with this baby these cribs make it safe for me to co-sleep :-)

Honey uuuuu have to train the baby to be up during the day...rouse them every two hours during the day to nurse, and then cluster feed the baby right before you go to bed...By cluster feed i mean feed every hour for the last 2/3 hours, so baby is extra full at night time...also start a winding down routine  asap ...mine went...feed baby, bath baby, massage baby(with lavender lotion) dress baby, sing/read to baby, and then feed again...my three were basically sleeping 6/8 blocks by 3 months...good luck
