I had this happen to me when I was suppose to be six weeks. I had the same results and was told the same thing .i had no bleeding or anything. It turns out my timing was off and I wasn't as far along as I had Thought . like you I waited to see what the doctor said I went for another ultrasound three weeks later and the baby was there heartbeat and all you could not miss it!! It was very clear I was just to early at first. I'm sure you will get good news just need a little more time. You seem like you know its going to be okay ,listen to your intuition hope you get some confirmation soon.

Try not to worry.....we had a really early positive and my first ultrasound was about 4 weeks and they couldn't give me a definite yes that's a sac until I made 5 weeks and definitely saw the sac but didn't have my official appointment until I was 8 weeks and I will be 12 weeks in Saturday

Usually they cant see heartbeat until 8 weeks.

Unlikely that you'd see or hear anything at 4 weeks.
