Nosebleeds.

I understand nosebleeds are normal during pregnancy, but is it still okay when it last 20+ minutes? During the nosebleed there were two big clots one in the beginning and the end and a steady flow through out it. After it was done I felt dizzy and started seeing some spots. I have had them before, but they are normally less than a minute. Just wondering if I should be concerned at all.

What time of day do you experience nose bleeds the most? I have not have had nose bleed ever until I became pregnant and I noticed it will happen at night, so I would sleep with a fan or a humidifier at night and that has helped a lot.

Make sure you are hydrated and taking iron, call your md. Dizziness and vision change is a sign of low bp. Good luck.
