Everytime my friend was ready for her kids to arrive she wud it 2 pineapples and it worked for her
I am 39 weeks and heard that drinking rasberry leaf tea helps tone the uterus & helps during labor. I started drinking 1 cup a day at 36-37 weeks & have been drinking 2 cups the last week or so, plan on going up to 3 cups starting tomorrow. I'm also walking 15 minutes a day on my treadmill which I just started 3 days ago, & sex. I have heard pineapple helps but unless you eat a lot it doesn't really do much. Nipple stimulation I have also heard helps! Good luck :)

I've researched that eating pineapples will help, having sex because the semen help softens the cervix, simulation of the nipples etc....... And lots of walking or try using a yoga ball
