No More Symptoms

I just entered my 2nd trimester and all my tell-tele pregnancy symptoms seem to have disappeared. I know this is common after you make it through the first trimester and if everything is healthy I'm a happy girl. I had really bad morning sickness, my boobs were really sore ect and its just gone now. I think I'm worrying myself so much because during my last pregnancy I woke up one day at 8 weeks with symptoms gone and had a MC that night. I had a doctors appt last Thursday and we heard the heartbeat but i just cant seem to shake this worry. Ugh this is so stressful! I just wish I could enjoy my pregnancy :(

No worries, babe. You have a common fear that every woman, miscarriage or not, goes through. I didnt have any morning sickness with my 1st 4 kids.  This one I was pretty nauseated and it ended abruptly at 11 1/2 weeks and I was freaked. This is kind of that quiet time between feeling sickly prego and feeling the baby.  In a couple months you'll feel little kicks of reassurance everyday.

Be happy! Mine were gone and have come back. I'm 22 weeks. There are days I feel completely normal aside from the little nugget moving, but then there are nights a where I get up to pee every hour ask night and when I do I want to cry from the breast tenderness. It's never the same! Lol
I still go crazy if I don't feel her move enough. Lol
I'm sure it's all good!
Good luck!

Thanks ladies! I appreciate the info! I'll keep thinking positively. I think I'm going to get one of those clinical 4d scans in 2 weeks so that will be an extra ultrasound thrown in there to ease my worries.

Just wait til you feel the baby move. It's the only thing keeping me sane at this point, because due to money issues, I haven't been to a doctor yet.  It's the craziest thing!

I know its difficult but all you can do is think positive! I had my worries too, most of the second trimester I didn't feel pregnant at all.
