A happy pregnancy after an assault

I know this is a random post and I know it may get deleted.
But I am a 25year old FTM and earlier on in life I was sexually assaulted. I am now married to an amazing wonderful safe loving man and were expecting our first son March 16.
I am posting this to simply encourage the women who may not feel they can talk about the fears of doctors appointments and tears after them. The vulnerability the confusion the fear.
You are not alone ! Let your providers know the history so as it may help you feel safer I personally see a therapist and my husband is aware of the assaults and my fears. He doesn't completely understand which I get he was never assaulted and has never been pregnant :).
So ladies I love you your loved your safe your child appreciates you. And again YOUR NOT ALONE . Your feelings are valid but not always reality your doctor is a safe person your body is yours and you have a voice in your care ! ❤️

Thanks for the love and support ladies that's what I find In this app and I just wanted to share it with others! Today was a very triggering day for me over nothing other than a doctors appointment and my thoughts after sobbing to my husband and saying out loud I'm not the only one is other women need to feel safe. I'm grateful I have a support system that understands some women don't have that or don't know where to start and pregnancy is already crazy this doesn't have to be a silent war

no it's awesome that you put that up therethere's a lot of women that are going through that issue and can not speak about it that shows your strengthI'm also a mom that was assaulted as a child aged 5 to 14and now have a 12 year old child from thatbut I love him so muchI'm in a wonderful relationship now,and have a baby boy on the way you're right there's a lot of people that are not alone in this
