Pelvic Sprain

Two days ago i missed a stair trying to move quickly. I felt an immediate sharp pain followed by the worse pelvic aching possible.  No position is comfortable.  I went to the ER yesterday and of course they forced me to LBD as im 37+4 weeks pregnant.  The frustrating thing is i knew i was not in labor and the people at my Kaiser LBD treats you like ur not a person if not in labor.  After 4 hours of torture they wheeled me down to ER and told me to begin the intake process to see some one in the ER. At this point i left.  I could not take another 5 hours of hunger and cold.  I really do not like the Kaiser On Cadillac and i was wondering if anyone had just went to a dif hospital on the day of labor with no problem.  I feel so much negative energy there that i would hate to be in that environment while trying to bring a child into this world. PS i am still in the worse pain of my life so any at home remedies would be great.  I've tried hearing pack and Tylenol as well as warm baths. Thanks in advance

I'm glad you found an alternative Doctor because u ate exactly right. While mostly everything in my home life is wonderful i am so upset anytime i leave the Dr office that i feel a little anxiety regarding my delivery.  I have prayed on it and i am hoping that i can just go to a dif Kaiser of pains permit when it is time.  Goodluck with your new addition.

You are bringing a blessing into this world and what upsets me is when doctors and nurses take that special moment and turn it negative like you said. With my first born, I had a doctor try to perform an unnecessary c section on me. I literally had no complications. Baby was fine. This guy was a very unprofessional man. I fought the c section and still had my natural birth but there's always been a negative vibe to that memory. Now I'm on my 5th baby and I've been going to a different docot who is so sweet. She's been my docot for my last 3 births and they've all been positive. And what really gets me is when you know what's wrong with you literally and the doctor will treat you like a naieve clueless person.
