Pregnancy meal options

Hi, I'm 6 weeks pregnant and have known I'm pregnant for only 1 week now. I'm really struggling with the restriction of what I can and can't eat. Does anyone know of any good books or online resources with good recipes for meals for pregnant women?

Well you have to be careful with what you make and re heat especially with baby now. But Def stie frys , protein meats and veggies , also fruit bowls(fresh made) . I just usually pack what I ate the night before for lunch or do a hot sub in the am before work and just heat at work.

Good morning, I am 6 weeks as well with my first child. Honestly the biggest help for me has been Pinterest.

Pregnancy does and Don'ts by Elisabeth Aron so far has been the best book I came across. This book was suggested by my doctor (written by a doctor as well).

As a side note, the more books you read the more you realize how inaccurate most of them are :-)

Are you looking for healthy meals or just the normal  stuff doc asks pregnant women to stay away from.

Yes healthy meals. Meals that can be prepared the night beforehand to take for work lunches. It's easy to make stuff fresh for dinner at home but I'm worried about leftovers for the next day and am struggling to find healthy things to eat at work.
