Pregnant after a M/C at 20 weeks

It's been 8 months since I had a m/c with my son. I just found out I'm pregnant again. I've been dealing with anxiety since my loss and I'm scared to be excited or even talk about the pregnancy with anyone. I was heartbroken because I had to tell my other 2 kids that the baby had passed away and they were devestated. I don't know how long to wait before telling anyone and when I can relax and enjoy. Any advice.

I'm also pregnant after a mc 6.5 weeks into my first ever pregnancy. I'm at the 6 week stage again and feel nervous all the time that this time it's ok even though they say having one mc does not make you at a greater risk than anyone else.
We are waiting until our first heartbeat scan at 7.5 weeks before we tell anyone this time. Even though I still have symptoms but just to be sure.

I think no matter how far along you are when you misscarrie it can be just as devostating for a mum iv had 6 mc myself the longist one was 14 weeks into my 3pregnancy,
I have one beautiful boy and one hear any day now.
I don't think you can ever get over it you just need to try and understand this pregnancy is different to your last so all you can do is try and enjoy it.you may never relax truly but you can try and enjoy it after all your growing a beutiful baby.
Don't tell anyone until your ready todo so there is no rush,
After haveing haveing my first 3mc I then had my son and told people 3weeks after he was born only time we was ready to tell people so don't feel rushed.
Congratulations on your beautiful pregnancy x
