Headaches

I'm 15 weeks and one day and I'm really fatigued all the time and now getting headaches almost everyday. I drink a lot of water and Tylenol doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions?

Ugh.  I'm prone to headaches in general and had headaches all throughout my first pregnancy.  It does stink that you can't take ibuprofen to feel better.  And I was staying away from caffeine which also can help headaches a bit too.  So, it was hard.  You know what helped me?  massage.  Got anyone who can do that for you?  My husband may have gotten sore hands from my massage requests and this may sound odd but my sister would also massage my neck and head.  I was desperate man and that helped.  I had someone tell me too that putting a cold pack on the head helps and have tried that and sure enough, it does.  Try to get extra sleep if you can.  A nap, even 20 minute cat naps, help.  Maybe this will help you too:  http://www.medhelp.org/pregnancy-health/articles/Headaches-During-Pregnancy-Your-Symptoms-Manual/2010  Hope you feel better!
