Pregnant and recently told I have a swollen fallopian tube filled with fluid!

Hi! I am really really really stressed out and could use some advice! I am 33 years old and 9 weeks pregnant with my first baby. First pregnancy! I had my second ultrasound which revealed that I have hydrosalphinx in one of my fallopian tubes. The doctor told me to relax and all that we can do is wait it out. She did add that there is no treatment as it could harm the baby, but if the fluid was to leak into my uterus it would be poisonous and toxic to my baby. Of course I am freaking out! I wanted to know if anyone has experienced this WHILE pregnant. Everything I'm reading is women who had it prior to becoming pregnant. I also have PCOS if that helps at all. Got pregnant without any assistance to my surprise, I wasn't trying. Now that its here I just want it to be successful. Do I have a real chance to carry this baby to term? Is there anything I can personally do to prevent the tube from leaking? Are there any specialists that can assist? My doctor is really nonchalant and cold. I am looking for someone to help! Pleaseeeeeee anything!
