Really need some advice!

I'll try to make this complicated story as short as possible..
Last dates of intercourse before BFP- June 8th, 9th and 12th. LMP June 29th. BFP (faint) July25th, strong BFP July 26th. Heavy bleeding August 8th-August 17th. Went to ER on the 8th, got blood work (HCG 494) & Vag U/S.. No sac. Was told I had MC. Continued to get beta taken every 2-3 days they continued to rise.

Several U/S and 3 weeks later, still no sac, Beta rising (not doubling), still being told I had MC. 2 choices at this point- Methotrexate or D&C. I was 100% so I requested another U/S a week later before I made decision.

Vag U/S today (tech couldn't give any details. Still waiting for "official" word from Dr) sac seen but empty??? Beta (Aug 24th) 3819 now at 4084 (Aug 27th). What could be going on?????

I would wait don't take anything or get a d&c. Tell them you want to wait to let your body do it thing. Have a lot of hope be cause first there was no sac but now there is! Your baby could be growing its just too early to see.

With my first at 5wks 6days I started bleeding went to the er and the dr said my "baby died and dissolved in the sac" I was having a miscarriage. He prescribed me 2 different pain meds and wanted to send me for a d&c. I said no to both. Went back to a gyno and saw my baby I was then 6wks 3days.

So have faith and give it some time!

Could be a molar pregnancy. Hcg levels rise but no baby.  Good luck but it does sound like a miscarriage.
